My photo shop is down as of last night, so until hubby can take down the copy on his lap top, so I can reload... You get an angle shot of my latest creation! Yes, I sat in a rolling office chair and cooked on Sunday, and that is why I cooked my duck confit without cutting up the whole duck, because I cannot stand up on crutches...sucks! Doctor yelled at me for that one, and not coming into emergency room, or his office sooner...
Cheryl and Donna, this will not stop me from getting on that freakin plane next week!
Although a pedi-cure is out...any volunteers to come over and cook for little ole poor E?
Thank goodness I got organized...Client leaves for India this weekend; I am caught up on blogs till after I leave; three blogs are hosting each week; school is finished, and hubby did the market shopping Sunday. Now let's just hope he can make it through the weekend...
Has anyone ever damaged their foot like this before? Well, I feel your pain now! Thank goodness for those long back scratch'ers to reach down through the cast for those spur of the moment scratching needs...okay this is one of those 'real TMI' moments...

That really sux! I'm so sorry...but man, to see you hobbling onto that plane :D LOL! I'd come cook for ya if I could...the fam would probably jump in, too.
If I lived nearer, I'd be right over E. What a lousy break.
We'd be a pair - it hurts me to chew but you eat comfortably. I can stand to cook but it hurts you and you know you should be taking it easy.
Hope you are much better soon but really, do take it easy.

No unfortunately Reggie, I was sober!
Just out getting some good ole fashion exercise before we headed to a wine dinner down south. A tree saved me from hitting the ground, but my pride lay out on the sidewalk like a red carpet for the paparazzi!
No drinking, I am taking pain meds...got some good nerve damage and pain to boot!
I cooked last night but the doctor told hubby take out for the rest of the week. We have risotto out our ears, so no worries...
Oh no! So sorry to hear about the sprained ankle...foot! And right before a vacation too! I'll be back around the 15th, so let me know when you want to meet up. After 4 PM is best for me b/c I have little ones. Or we can meet on the weekend.
