I Am Going To Do It!
See this baby, Epiphone PR-200...
Well its mine today, I pick it up down in south Jersey. My good friend Vito found it in mint condition at a flea market. I owned a small junior 'Holland' made guitar, a bass and amp years ago, but my nephew pawned them. Great relatives right! Well all forgiven, and I was not practicing as I should have been. Now that I am surrounded by musicians and artists I have no excuse but to put my writing, and music skills to work!
I have written several songs as of late, and want to work on my voice again. My music teacher told me years ago what a beautiful voice I have, and many of my artist friends say they lack talent for writing, and that I should pursue my dreams... I am no Lucinda Williams, but we all are shining stars in our own way right!

Go for it!
Congrats! It is lovely.
That is so cool! Go for it! You are such a neat person. I love that you do so many different things. I wish I had half your talent.
Congrats on your new addition! LOL Hope you're feeling better! :-)
"....we all are shining stars in our own way right!"
That we are and congratulations on the new guitar!
Oh how lovely, enjoy.
My own guitar is 40 years old!
I've recently bought an electronic piano keyboard ...I've never played before ..such fun.
Lucky you!! Wish I had one...man, I wish I lived closer to you :)
Very cool! I can't play guitar to save my life. I've always been a brass instrument player. Strings are too complicated.
That's a be-yoot you've got there Elizabeth. I just know that you have a beautiful songbird-like voice that is as lovely as you are :)
Have a beautiful day and........
Steady On
Reggie Girl
Enjoy the new guitar!
Go for it! I'm not good at guitar but I've had some fun strumming away in the past :)
you raver you! hows da foot?
I used to have an Epiphone guitar, and with it I was able to confirm that, yes, I have zero musical ability.
What did you do to your foot? I went back and read the last week's posts, but I still couldn't tell exactly what happened.
Yeah, I'm so glad you got a beauty to go with your beautiful voice! You are one talented woman. Love ya!
